Simon has been advising farmers and growers on farm management since 1971 and is a well known and recognised consultant in the fruit and vegetable industry having advised many leading growers during a period of rapid change and development.
Simon advises, fruit, vegetable and potato packhouse operations. His attention to detail on margins, costings and returns has improved operational efficiency and returns in a highly competitive sector.
He has developed interests in Central Europe particularly Czech Republic, Ukraine and Russia over the past 10 years.
